For the customers comfort, we will never ask for a down payment on a contract. Not to bragg but we are large enough to work off of our money – not yours. When the job is 100% complete – payment is made. If you are using our financing the bank does not fund the project until the customer signs a completion certificate. Customer finances are never at risk. The Arkansas Attorney General’s office says you have (three/five) days to cancel a financial agreement on a contractor’s sales contract signed in your home. There is never any pressuer to make a decison.We want you to be comfortable in what you deicde.
